D'allende Foods & Cold Storage is developing an ESG program that brings together its environmental, social, and governance priorities under one umbrella. Through this program, D'allende Foods & Cold Storage seeks to communicate these priorities, measure and improve performance, leading to business success and better outcomes for our customers and the individuals they serve.

Our ESG priorities and related objectives include:

• Customer Satisfaction: Our customers are central to our mission at D'allende Foods & Cold Storage, and we are dedicated to giving our customers peace of mind by providing full-service solutions from unloading to storage, delivery, and beyond. D'allende Foods & Cold Storage endeavors to avoid service interruptions by employing a skilled team, maintaining a well-equipped fleet, and ensuring efficient operations for timely and secure cargo handling. D'allende Foods & Cold Storage aims to meet or exceed the target of 80 percent of issues responded to within 24 hours.
• Health and Safety: We want to promote a strong safety culture by ensuring that all employees annually complete 100 percent of required safety training, resulting in zero health and safety incidents within D'allende Foods & Cold Storage.
• Biodiversity and habitat: D'allende Foods & Cold Storage is committed to minimizing the impact its operation has on the local wildlife and the surrounding environment. Our goal is to preserve native biodiversity and to establish an internal action plan to achieve zero wildlife deaths annually.
• Water Stewardship: D'allende Foods & Cold Storage is committed to minimizing water use in its operations by emphasizing water consumption efficiency. To ensure we meet our commitment, D'allende Foods & Cold Storage will continuously monitor withdrawal and discharge trends and aim for year-over-year improvement in water consumption intensity.
• Performance Management and Development: D'allende Foods & Cold Storage will conduct annual performance and development reviews for 100% of employees to support goal setting, skills growth, and workforce planning.
• Business Ethics and Professionalism: D'allende Foods & Cold Storage is committed to operating with integrity and will investigate every report alleging behavior violating the Company’s Ethical Conduct Policy within 48 hours.
• Energy & Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions: D'allende Foods & Cold Storage is committed to monitoring its energy consumption and emission sources to identify opportunities, such as restriction of idling of Company-owned trucks and conservation of energy.

D'allende Foods & Cold Storage’s ESG program includes action items related to each priority area and the tracking of related Key Performance Indicators, as described above, and will continue to be developed and refined to meet the expectations and needs of our employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
